Job Description
Mixes intravenous solutions, fills and maintains Pyxis, enters medication credits, and places and receives orders with vendors according to standard procedures as required by law. Delivers medications to the nursing units and performs closely related record keeping and compliance audits. Reacts to change productively and handles other tasks as assigned. Position Qualifications Minimum Education High School graduate or equivalent. Certifications Required Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) issued by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and a Pharmacy Technician License issued by Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. Preferred Experience Healthcare setting preferred.
