Handle inbound client calls, efficiently process order entry, and verify insurance information Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to ensure smooth operations Deliver outstanding support by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their pharmaceutical needs are met Maintain a high standard of service quality within mail order and specialty retail environments Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend or evening shifts as workload demands

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service, with relevant healthcare or customer service certifications considered an advantage
