Pharmacy Technician - Managed Care Signature Healthcare - 3.5 Brockton, MA Job Details Part-time $18.50 - $32.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Under the direct supervision of the Managed Care Pharmacist, assist the Managed Care Pharmacist in decreasing medication errors at points of transition for Managed Medicare patients who have multiple disease states, multiple hospital admissions and are high risk for readmission, falls, and/or medication errors due to poly pharmacy issues as well as Medicaid managed care patients, using various methodologies for Medication Management and Disease State Management that involve the use of excel spreadsheets and data tracking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email). Experience with data collection and analyzing required. Experience in leadership roles in team settings is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Science and mathematical background desired. Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Massachusetts or be eligible to be registered.
