Urgent need for a Pharmacy Tech for one of our client which is a Medical Center ,

Job Location:

725 North St Pittsfield, MA 01201

Shift:

Evenings (8hr)

Shift Note :

Primary evening shift but will need to cover overnight or other shifts as needed

Duration of Contract:

13 weeks + Extendable Guaranteed hours: 40 Hour Guarantee Minimum years of experience: 1 year Pay rate: $30/hr Supports pharmacological services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications. Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone, answering questions and requests, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist. Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs. Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

Submission Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of current or past inpatient hospital experiences. Able to mix compounds

•Required Must be proficient in functions of Hospital Pharmacy Technician job.
