12 hours a week, Monday and Wed 8:45a-2:15p

$23 per hour

On-site | Academic / Clinical Education Environment Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technology Instructor to join a growing academic program in Baltimore, MD . This role is ideal for a Pharmacy Tech who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students entering the field. The instructor will provide didactic and clinical instruction , ensuring students receive high-quality education and hands-on training to meet program and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction to pharmacy tech students Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using a variety of instructional methods Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and evaluations Maintain a safe, organized, and effective learning environment Track and submit attendance and grading documentation on time Support curriculum development and continuous program improvement Communicate regularly with students and academic leadership regarding performance and progress Assist in resolving student concerns in collaboration with program leadership Participate in faculty meetings, trainings, and school events (orientation, graduation, etc.) Engage in student retention initiatives and academic support efforts Required Qualifications Pharmacy Technician certification or diploma (degree not required) 3 years in-field experience Maryland Board of Pharmacy registered Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment Why Join This Opportunity Consistent weekday schedule — great work-life balance Make a meaningful impact training future surgical tech professionals Collaborative and supportive academic environment How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to: hferchak@altostaffing.com #IND1
