Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Clerk provides support to the pharmacy by assisting customers at the pharmacy counter, processing transactions, and answering basic questions. This role helps maintain patient records, organizes and stocks supplies, and ensures the pharmacy area is clean and orderly. While clerks do not fill prescription orders directly, they play a key role in customer service by processing co-pay transactions, directing patients to the pharmacist or technician for clinical questions and supporting the overall efficiency of the pharmacy.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
