Responsibilities Compound and prepare medications based on the specifications of the doctors under the supervision of a pharmacist. Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and pharmacy regulations. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to medications and treatment plans. Support intake processes, including verifying prescriptions and managing medication administration for patients in acute care settings. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes through effective communication and teamwork. Participate in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications appropriately. Qualifications Knowledge of medical terminology and critical care practices is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
