Summary:
Pharmacy Technician - PRN Performs a variety of activities to assist in dispensing medications throughout appropriate areas of the Hospital; delivers medications to nursing units, prepares injectable medications, unit doses, IV admixtures, etc. ; completes necessary record keeping and performs other duties as assigned. Works in partnership with other staff members and pro-actively identifies and provides for the customers' needs using the LifeBridge Health customer service standards as identified on each campus. Performs related duties as required or assigned.
Credentials:
Essential:
Pharmacy Technician License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
Preferred:
Pharm Tech Certification Credential Required:
Pharmacy Technician License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license Pharm Tech Certification and obtain PTCB certification within 18 months of employment OR MD Pharmacy Intern License (if not registered)
