Connected to Adventist Health Shady Grove Hospital, we work with providers to make medication management seamless, safe, and stress-free for our patients. If you're a Pharmacy Technician, patient care coordinator, or MA who wants to be part of a forward thinking and patient centered team, we'd love to meet you! You'll work alongside our pharmacists to ensure every prescription is accurate, every question is answered, and every patient feels cared for. You'll also play an important role in connecting hospital care to outpatient support! What You'll Do Assist pharmacists in dispensing and verifying prescriptions with accuracy and care Provide outstanding service, answering patient questions and offering education when needed Communicate with patients primarily by phone, bringing a warm, professional, and well-spoken presence to every call Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows Help manage inventory and maintain compliance with all regulations What We're Looking For Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to make patients feel valued and understood Knowledge of medication management, insurance processes, and patient safety best practices Pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person Familiarity with MicroMerchantSystems (PrimeRx) a plus Strong communication skills with a team-first attitude Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment while keeping an eye on the details Why You'll Love Working Here A welcoming, team-oriented environment where your voice matters Competitive pay and benefits with room for professional growth The chance to be part of a new era in pharmacy Direct collaboration with local healthcare providers to truly make a difference in patient outcomes If you're ready to join a team that's redefining pharmacy care and building something meaningful for our community, apply today!
