You'll support pharmacists with daily prescription processing while delivering friendly, accurate customer service in a fast-paced mail order pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities Enter and update patient and insurance information accurately Assist with prescription processing, filling, and order support Answer routine questions via phone about medications, pricing, and pharmacy services Communicate with healthcare staff regarding refills and non-clinical medication questions Support pharmacy operations including data entry, inventory, phones, and registers Follow all pharmacy regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and safety standards Maintain a positive, professional attitude while supporting team goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus Ability to start a position ASAP Must be able to work in Brunswick Licenses & Certifications Active state pharmacy technician license OR willingness to apply for your pharmacy tech license (it's quick and we'll help!)
