Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a busy retail pharmacy environment in Allegan, MI. This contract-to-hire position offers a chance to work with an established team while gaining experience with Pioneer RX software. The schedule is designed around weekday shifts with rotating start times, providing some variety to your workday.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8.5-hour shifts Rotating start times: 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 11:30 AM Closed at 6 PM on Fridays Initially no weekends; weekend shifts may be scheduled in the future
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision Assist with inventory management and restocking Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions Utilize Pioneer RX pharmacy software to process prescriptions and manage records Maintain a clean and organized work environment following regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Valid Michigan pharmacy technician license required Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in a retail setting Familiarity with Pioneer RX pharmacy system is strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills This role offers an hourly pay rate of $21 and the potential to transition into a direct hire position.
