Pharmacy Technician Certification Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent patient service and care
• Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs
• Utilize medical terminology in daily tasks
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
• Work in acute care settings such as hospitals
• Use critical care skills to handle emergency situations

Skills:

• Proficient in pharmacy operations and procedures
• Strong patient service orientation
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Skilled in providing patient care in various healthcare settings
• Experience as a certified pharmacy technician
• Applicant must be knowledgeable of Liberty Pharmacy Systems , and be a licensed Pharmacy Technician.
