If you are passionate about helping patients, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in accurately filling prescriptions. Process prescription orders and insurance claims. Provide excellent customer service to patients in person and over the phone. Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation. Receive, stock, and organize prescription medications and pharmacy inventory. Assist with medication ordering and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Support clinical services including vaccinations, medication synchronization, and other patient care programs as needed. Qualifications Current Pharmacy Technician License/Registration (Michigan preferred). National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) is preferred but not required. Previous retail pharmacy experience is preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of pharmacy software and insurance billing is a plus. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
