Primary Responsibilities:

RiverView Health operates an inpatient hospital pharmacy and a retail pharmacy. Duties include inputting prescriptions into the computer, preparing, and processing medications for final check by a Pharmacist, IV preparation, inpatient dosage preparation, medication distribution, and much more.

Other Responsibilities:

Inventory management, quality Improvement, medication recalls.

Qualifications Required:

Applicants must be 18 years of age. High School graduate or equivalent is required. Registration with Minnesota Board of Pharmacy is required. Preferred(s): PTCB Certification 1+ years' experience in Hospital or retail pharmacy setting. Certified Pharmacy Technician experience. 340B knowledge or experience Competencies required for this role: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Collaboration and teamwork, supporting team goals. Attention to detail demonstrating accuracy in preparation and documentation. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
