Essential Job Function:

Accepts new prescriptions and refill requests from patients and evaluates for accuracy. Triages telephone calls, answering patient questions when appropriate to deliver high-quality care. Assists pharmacists in medication preparation by preparing, labeling and organizing prescriptions. Sells prescriptions to patients. Delivers quality customer service to every patient. Performs other duties as assigned.
