Equity Staffing Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join a fast-paced medication fulfillment team in Pine Brook, NJ . This is a hands-on packing position responsible for preparing cold and ambient medications for direct delivery to patients. The ideal candidate has previous packing, fulfillment, warehouse, or healthcare experience and is comfortable working in a production-driven environment where accuracy, quality, attendance, and productivity are essential. Healthcare or medication experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong experience packing products for direct-to-customer delivery are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Pack cold and ambient medications using manual and semi-automated packing processes. Prepare medication shipments accurately and efficiently for direct delivery to patients. Follow established procedures and detailed packing instructions. Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality throughout the packing process. Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet expected production quantities. Help ensure a positive patient experience by preparing orders correctly and on time. Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-moving environment. Maintain excellent and dependable attendance. Follow all established safety, quality, and operational procedures. Remain on your feet throughout the shift while performing packing and fulfillment duties. Qualifications Previous packing, fulfillment, production, warehouse, or similar experience preferred. Healthcare, pharmacy, or medication-related experience is a plus but not required . Direct-to-customer packing/shipping experience is acceptable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced, process-driven environment . Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted . Must be comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the shift. Schedule Requirements Sunday- Thursday 3pm- 11:30pm Occasional overtime may be required before or after the scheduled shift. Weekend overtime may occasionally be required. Candidates should be comfortable working most holidays based on business needs.
