Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician - IV Certified Job Type Contract Two Inpatient Pharmacy Technicians are needed to support pharmacy operations at a well-established hospital setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to apply your pharmacy technician skills in a fast-paced, hospital inpatient environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute medications in the inpatient pharmacy accurately and efficiently Assist with intravenous (IV) medication compounding and ensure compliance with safety protocols Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with medication restocking Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare team members to optimize patient care Document all pharmacy activities in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Pharmacy Technician certification required IV certification is a must to perform sterile compounding responsibilities Experience working in a hospital inpatient pharmacy setting preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure Knowledge of medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing procedures

Position starts on August 24 13-week contract assignment
