Life:

As a Pharmacy Technician, your day is focused on ensuring an accurate and efficient experience for patients while working under the supervision of a pharmacist. You assist with processing prescriptions, entering data, and preparing medications within regulatory guidelines. Customer interaction is a regular part of the role, whether answering questions, processing transactions, or directing clinical questions to the pharmacist. Another part of the role is maintaining organization and consistency within the pharmacy. You'll manage records, restock supplies, and keep the workspace clean while following federal and state regulations. Between handling prescription workflows, maintaining compliance, and assisting with daily operations, the work stays steady making it a good fit for someone who values accuracy, structure, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Customer Interaction Skills:

Professional and courteous communication when assisting patients and handling inquiries

Prescription Processing:

Experience assisting with data entry, medication preparation, and order processing within regulatory limits Attention to

Accuracy in prescription input, labeling, calculations, and record management

Organization & Time Management:

Managing multiple tasks while maintaining workflow and compliance standards

Pharmacy Knowledge:

Familiarity with prescription terminology, dosage forms, and product recognition

Communication Skills:

Effective verbal and written communication, including phone interactions with patients and providers

Regulatory Awareness:

Following HIPAA requirements and federal and state pharmacy laws

Adaptability:

Managing changing priorities and multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment

Physical Capability:

Comfort with standing for extended periods and completing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Requirements :
