Caldwell Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician (Lead) to help oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. Responsibilities Lead and support the daily workflow of the pharmacy Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians while promoting teamwork and accountability Manage inventory, purchasing, ordering, returns, and stock optimization Troubleshoot insurance rejections and resolve prescription processing issues Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shortages Assist with workflow improvements and implementation of new technology Coordinate with pharmacists to ensure efficient and safe prescription processing Help maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive work environment Take ownership of daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Qualifications Current New Jersey Registered Pharmacy Technician PTCB Certification preferred Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong knowledge of insurance billing and third-party processing Experience with inventory management and purchasing Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to lead by example What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses Paid Time Off Employee discount Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A collaborative, supportive work environment where your ideas are valued The opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing independent pharmacy We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys improving systems, and wants to help build one of the best independent pharmacies in New Jersey.
