Responsibilities Process retail and long-term care prescriptions accurately and efficiently. Handle insurance billing, rejections, prior authorizations, and claim resolution. Prepare medication packaging and ensure accuracy Troubleshoot problems and find solutions with insurance companies, facilities, and healthcare providers. Communicate effectively with pharmacists, technicians, and facility staff. Support daily workflow and contribute to a positive, organized team environment. Take ownership of tasks and help the pharmacy operate smoothly. Qualifications 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred. Strong experience with pharmacy billing and insurance problem-solving. Long-term care pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Experience with medication packaging systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing quality work.

What We Offer Competitive pay:
