Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including IV infusions and other sterile products. Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Perform medication order entry and verification, utilizing pharmacy software systems. Provide patient care support by answering medication-related inquiries from healthcare staff and patients. Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals, adhering to aseptic techniques at all times. Participate in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
