Compensation Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Pharmacy Position Summary Summary:
The Pharmacy Intern will assist in the advancement of rational, patient-oriented drug therapy. All their duties and tasks, as outlined below, will be under the supervision of a pharmacist. .
Qualifications Responsibilities:
Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program Applicant/incumbent is currently enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy program. Experience And Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Speaks, reads and writes English Hospital Pharmacy experience is preferred but not necessary. License/Certifications New York State Intern Permit.
Working Conditions Other information:
Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn Responsibilities may require admixture of chemotherapeutic agents. Responsibilities may require prolonged periods of standing. Responsibilities may require the occasional lifting of heavy boxes.
