Requirements Proven pharmacy technician experience in LTC (Long-Term Care), hospital, or community pharmacy settings is an advantage Familiarity with pharmacy software systems for data entry and medication management is an advantage Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality while adhering to strict privacy standards. Knowledge of state healthcare regulations and federal pharmacy laws essential for ensuring compliance.
