Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support an inpatient hospital setting in Clinton, OH. This role offers a 13-week contract with the potential to transition to a direct hire position. The schedule follows a consistent 7 on, 7 off pattern, working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, typically running Thursday through Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately perform order entry using Meditech software. Manage medication distribution utilizing Pyxis automation systems. Prepare sterile compounding in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care. Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Ohio. Current national certification. Experience working in an inpatient pharmacy environment. Proficiency with sterile compounding procedures. Demonstrated ability to efficiently operate Pyxis automation.
Schedule:
7 days on, 7 days off.
Night shift:
9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Typically Thursday through Thursday. This role offers a structured schedule and the chance to advance into a permanent position after the initial contract period.
