PM Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy system. Assist pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription medications. Manage and order over-the-counter inventory to maintain adequate stock levels. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs and questions. Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and expedite prescription processing.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active and clear pharmacy technician license issued by the state of Ohio. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a retail pharmacy setting. Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is a plus but not mandatory. This position offers the opportunity to transition from temporary status to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
