options Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience Hospital or compounding experience preferred Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance Organized, dependable, and collaborative Key Responsibilities Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation Ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career?
