About the Role We are looking for a dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll assist licensed pharmacists in accurately preparing and processing prescriptions while helping ensure every patient receives safe, timely, and exceptional care. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong computer skills, basic math proficiency, and teamwork are essential to success. Responsibilities Prepare and distribute medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist Fill and label prescription medications accurately Answer incoming phone calls from patients and providers Assist customers as needed at the counter or by phone Manage inventory, including receiving and putting away stock Maintain an organized, clean, and orderly pharmacy workspace Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable with math and basic calculations Comfortable working with computers, learns quickly Able to multitask and work well with others Experience 1 year of pharmacy technician experience preferred but not required Experience with pharmacy software (PioneerRX, Liberty, ComputerRx, EnterpriseRx, etc.) is a plus, but not required Schedule 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday Saturday (half-day) as needed (typically 1/month)
