Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to patients. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and a commitment to patient care. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications. Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy work area. Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely. Qualifications Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to medications and patient care. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a hospital or clinical setting. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards. Required to be a registered technician in the state of Oregon.
