Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem Support pharmacy operations in Salem, OR, as a Pharmacy Technician providing essential medication distribution and customer service on a per diem basis. This role offers a consistent full-day schedule with shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, typically Monday through Friday, for a duration of 5+ weeks.

Salem, OR Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately distribute prescription medications as prescribed by physicians and authorized health practitioners Offer detailed information and guidance to customers regarding their medications and proper usage Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive healthcare experience Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Desired Qualifications:
Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
