Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem This Per Diem opportunity calls for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations in Allentown, PA, from August 19th to August 25th. Working the first shift from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, you will play an essential role in ensuring accurate prescription processing and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Enter patient details and prescription orders accurately into the computer system. Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications safely and efficiently. Manage and order over-the-counter inventory to maintain sufficient stock levels. Greet customers warmly and address their needs or concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and facilitate timely prescription processing.

Qualifications:

Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license in Pennsylvania. Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Experience with Pioneer Rx is a plus but not mandatory.
