Requirements:

At least one year of retail pharmacy experience. Detail Oriented . Dispensing, Shipping, and packaging require a lot of attention to detail. Making sure the right people get the right medication is imperative to success. Teamwork! We are a cohesive unit and communication throughout the day is key to our success.

Accountability:

We all make mistakes. We want someone who owns up to it and grows from it. Taking constructive criticism is something we all pride ourselves on. Organized. Organization is key! You'll be given the freedom, with guidance, to set up a good system for you. Knowledgeable with computers. Pharmacy/healthcare experience would be nice to have but is not required. Did we mention excellent attention to detail?

Duties:

This is not a compounding position, although there may be opportunity to expand into a compounding role. Dispense, package and label all outgoing medications, utilizing our software. Organize and follow all required instructions based on medication and patient preferences. Maintain and order station supplies. Organize medications for final pharmacist verification. Maintain patient confidentiality and understand privacy laws. Come in with a great attitude every day. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening. The screening panel does not include marijuana/THC.
