You don't need to walk in knowing everything, we'll teach you! If you're looking for a high professional ceiling and growth opportunity, keep reading. We're looking for a pharmacy technician who works hard, learns quickly, and genuinely likes being part of a team. We're a growing compounding pharmacy, and our days move fast. There's usually a lot happening at once, so we need someone who can stay organized, think on their feet, and still pay attention to the little details. Just as important, we care a lot about who we work with. We want people who show up with a good attitude, communicate well, help their teammates, and take pride in doing things the right way.
Schedule:
Full-time. Either four 10-hour shifts per week or five 8-hour shifts per week, with some weekend flexibility. What we're looking for Great multitasking skills. This is a busy pharmacy, and you'll often be balancing several things at once while maintaining accuracy. A team-first attitude. We rely on each other throughout the day, and good communication makes a huge difference. Accountability. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters to us is owning them, learning from them, and getting better. Someone organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Strong basic math skills. Able to follow written instructions and SOPs carefully. Compounding experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right person. What you'll be doing Learning and performing pharmacy compounding. Following formulas, procedures, and pharmacy SOPs. Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready to go. Helping maintain organization throughout the pharmacy. Protecting patient confidentiality and following privacy requirements. Working closely with pharmacists, technicians, and the rest of the team. Showing up ready to work, learn, and contribute. We're not looking for someone who simply wants to clock in and clock out. We're looking for someone who wants to become really good at what they do and be part of a team that's building something. If you're hardworking, dependable, and want to learn a side of pharmacy that's a little different from traditional retail, we'd like to meet you.
