Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Assist with administrative support tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mail distribution Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software when necessary Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in person to ensure client satisfaction Perform clerical duties including typing, document preparation, and record keeping with strong attention to detail Uphold professional phone etiquette and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Experience Prior office management or administrative experience preferred, including familiarity with front desk operations Experience with multi-line phone systems and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Strong typing skills and computer literacy essential for data entry and document management Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in Pharmacy Setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
