Key Responsibilities In all roles, you'll: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in-person communication. Professionally interact with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients. Perform accurate data entry and manage digital prescription workflows. Support the prescription filling process, including: Data entry, print queue, Framework/ECM docs, and order processing (daily, weekly, monthly) Team communication via Microsoft Teams Help manage inventory control, including: Outdates, overstock, and daily supply orders Accept and complete Pharmacist-delegated responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment: Clean counters, floors, storage areas Restock office, cleaning, and pharmacy supplies Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of pharmacy experience, especially in data entry or call centers Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Knowledge of prescription terminology and insurance billing On the job training available Schedule Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Saturdays 9am-6pm Monday
