Boothwyn Pharmacy is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Aseptic and Non-Aseptic Pharmacy Technicians to join our compounding team in Kennett Square, PA. What You'll Do As part of our compounding team, you may: Assist with sterile and/or non-sterile compounding Accurately weigh, measure, mix, and prepare compounded medications Follow established formulas, procedures, and batch records Perform calculations and document compounding activities accurately Maintain clean and organized compounding areas Follow required cleaning, gowning, and contamination-control procedures Assist with equipment preparation and routine cleaning Follow company SOPs, quality requirements, and applicable pharmacy standards Work closely with pharmacists, Quality, and Production team members Participate in required training and competency assessments Who We're Looking For We want people who are dependable, focused, coachable, and serious about quality.

Ideal candidates will have:

Pharmacy technician, compounding, laboratory, manufacturing, or similar experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Strong documentation and organizational skills Willingness to learn specialized compounding processes Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Previous sterile or non-sterile compounding experience is highly preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with strong pharmacy technician experience who are eager to learn.
