Pharmacy Technician(Full-Time or Part-Time)- Independent Community Pharmacy

Better Health Pharmacy & Wellness is an independently owned community pharmacy serving Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional, patient-centered environment where quality care, teamwork, and personal service are valued. PM Saturday:

8:30 AM to 2:00 PM Closed Sundays Closed major holidays Responsibilities Enter prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records Process insurance claims and assist with billing issues Answer phones and assist patients professionally Provide outstanding customer service Assist pharmacists with daily workflow and prescription processing Manage inventory and medication ordering Support medication adherence and pharmacy service programs Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations Qualifications Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment Experience with pharmacy software and third-party billing is a plus Why Join Better Health Pharmacy & Wellness?
