Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team, focusing on tasks and duties within the production and warehouse areas. The primary role involves packaging and shipping medications to patients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Responsibilities Package deliveries to be shipped out via courier, FedEx, or UPS. Pull and package medications and supplies specific to patient orders and needs. Ensure all packages are picked up before the end of the day by courier, FedEx, or UPS. Communicate with other technicians and Rphs to ensure all work is completed timely and accurately. Essential Skills Any pharmacy technician background and experience. 2+ years of hands-on Pharmacy Technician experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Home infusion experience. Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred. Production pharmacy experience is a plus. Home healthcare Pharmacy experience is a plus. Work Environment The successful candidate will be part of a pharmacy team consisting of 13 employees, working closely with Rphs, DOP, and other technicians. The team is comprised of 1 DOP, 4 Rphs, and 8 techs. The environment is collaborative, fostering communication and teamwork to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth Meeting, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
