Key Responsibilities:

Enter patient details and prescription orders into the pharmacy system efficiently and accurately. Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications following established protocols. Monitor and replenish over-the-counter inventory to maintain proper stock levels. Greet customers warmly and address questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction. Resolve adjudication issues by working with third-party prescription plans.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active and clear Pharmacy Technician license for the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is highly preferred.
