Job Description

Schedule PRN:
Hours may vary from day shift (6:15 am-2:45 pm) to second shift (2:00 pm
  • 10:30 pm) and weekends General Summary Performs the professional functions associated with the practice of pharmacy.
This is an intern position for students in school to be a Pharmacist. Mostly working in the summer months and on their breaks.
Essential Functions:
Procures and distributes medication orders per physician request, pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignments according to established policies, procedures, and protocols. Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies according to established policies and protocols. Contributes to the effective operation of the department. Additional responsibilities may include, providing drug information, drug therapy monitoring and medication use reviews.
