Our client, a facility management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Helper to join their team. As a Maintenance Helper, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Perform preventative maintenance duties for the facility and equipment. + Assist with moving materials, setting up new office spaces, and simple painting tasks. + Remove stickers and assist in cleaning and organizing materials. + Maintain, repair, and assist in the installation of new equipment. + Keep buildings and grounds clean and orderly, both indoors and outside.
• What's Needed?
• + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Experience with general construction, equipment maintenance, or painting. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Basic communication skills to understand instructions and memos. + Knowledge of basic math, measurement, and geometry.
