Job Description

Job Summary PharmPro is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team in York, PA.

Computer System:

QS1 / Docutrak 4

•10 hour days every 4th weekend rotation Staggered start and end shifts

Hours:

8:00am-6:00pm

Packaging, blister carts, LTC Pharmacy Technician Production

•must be on site. Four 10-hour days are staggered start and stop times. For example, it could be Monday 8am

•6pm, Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday 11:00am to 9pm, etc. Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications for long-term care facilities. Accurately count, measure, and label medications according to prescriptions and protocols. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. Maintain accurate patient and medication records in the pharmacy system. Communicate effectively with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and LTC facility staff. Assist in the preparation of medication packaging and delivery for LTC patients. Support quality assurance and safety initiatives within the pharmacy department. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must register with the Pennsylvania Licensing System prior to start date. Pay:

$17.00

•$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
