This job accurately compounds IV Admixtures and other assigned preparations utilizing aseptic technique and proper pharmaceutical procedures; maintains stock in all assigned areas including the IV room, Central Pharmacy, compounded items and bottles and vials; accurately fills medication orders; and accurately enters ADR data into computer. • Enrolled in good standing in an accredited College of Pharmacy or graduate who has successfully passed the NABP Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Work Experience Required
• Experience working with standard Pharmacy and office equipment Certifications Required
• Current Pharmacy Intern Permit from the State Board of Pharmacy, permitted to practice as a pharmacy intern by the Board of Pharmacy in the state of practice Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.

Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
