Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour 🕒

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday •

Permanent Shift:

11:30 AM - 8:00 PM • Possible rotating Saturday once per month (with weekday off) 🏢

Training Schedule:

• On-site training from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 🏠 Hybrid Opportunity Available! • Eligible for hybrid schedule after 90-120 days based on performance and attendance metrics 📌

Temp-to-Hire ✨ Strong opportunity for permanent placement for candidates meeting attendance and performance goals What You'll Be Doing ✅ Handle inbound and outbound pharmacy-related calls ✅ Schedule medication deliveries and process payments ✅ Assist patients with prescription status updates and refill coordination ✅ Providepassionate customer support to patients and healthcare providers ✅ Route clinical questions to pharmacists and nurses when appropriate ✅ Process medical claims and update patient progress notes ✅ Verify insurance information and provide invoice support ✅ Identify and escalate adverse events or productplaints for patient safety ✅ Utilize pharmacy management systems to maintain accurate patient information What We're Looking For ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Must be registered Pharmacy Technician ✔ Associate degree preferred ✔ Minimum 1 year of call center experience ✔ Strong customer service andmunication skills ✔ Professional phone etiquette and empathy toward patients ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications ✔ Strong attention to detail andanizational skills Ready to Start Your Healthcare Career? Pay Details:
