We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Tech Instructor to join our team and help train the next generation of pharmacy professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

Teach pharmacy technician courses following an established curriculum. Deliver engaging and interactive instruction to adult learners. Assemble and facilitate hands-on lab experiences using provided tools and real-world scenarios. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles. Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Teaching experience preferred; must be comfortable delivering structured curriculum. Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide meaningful feedback to students and stakeholders. Experience in hands-on lab instruction and scenario-based learning. Certification or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician is a plus.
