Senior Pharmacy Technician(Part-Time) (OOJ - 44333) 51937-79476 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Apr/06/2026 Job Description Perform duties related to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt and accurate manner. Fill/dispense oral and IV medications, triage patient orders, and maintain the integrity of the automated dispensing system (ADS). Possess advanced knowledge and skills in two or more specialty areas in the pharmacy.
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED. Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician upon hire, or Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire. Minimum of 2 years (> 4160 clock hours) of pharmacy practice in an integrated health system and PTCB certification - OR - 3 years (> 6240 hours) hospital pharmacy if technician does not have PTCB certification. Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR).
Preferred:
Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program.
Preferred:
Advanced PTCB certificate (e.g., compounded sterile products, advanced certified pharmacy technician, medication history certificate, controlled substances).
