Job Description Summary The Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician supports the outpatient pharmacy operations by managing the end-to-end prior-authorization process for medications, services, and procedures. This role ensures timely submission of accurate documentation to payers, monitors authorizations and denials, collaborates with clinical and provider teams, and helps optimize reimbursement while safeguarding patient access to therapy.
