What You'll Do:

• Receive and verify prescriptions accurately
• Enter prescription information into our computer system
• Process insurance claims and troubleshoot third-party issues
• Prepare medications by mixing, counting, and labeling prescriptions
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Manage inventory: review orders, restock shelves, handle returns, and prepare for physical inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (required)
• South Carolina state certification or registration (preferred for bonus eligibility)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
