What You'll Do:
- Receive and verify prescriptions accurately
- Enter prescription information into our computer system
- Process insurance claims and troubleshoot third-party issues
- Prepare medications by mixing, counting, and labeling prescriptions
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Manage inventory: review orders, restock shelves, handle returns, and prepare for physical inventory
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (required)
- South Carolina state certification or registration (preferred for bonus eligibility)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
