The Pharmacy Technician will primarily focus on entering patient information accurately to Lifefile System and handling Inbound and Outbound calls.

Job Duties:

Enter prescriptions received by fax, EMR, verbal orders, and other sources Fill commercial product prescriptions Contact providers for prescription clarification Process and manage iPledge prescriptions Coordinate with sales representatives on free-fill requests and reoccurring provider issues Communicate with patients only when necessary to resolve prescription issues

Required Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work independently Organized. Responsible Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks . Strong Organizational skills.

Compensation:

Hourly; $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Required Education & Experience:

2 years experience Active State Pharmacy Technician license

Preferred Education & Experience:
