Ownership is highly involved in day-to-day operations and will know you by name. Our services range from retail pharmacy, long-term care pharmacy, and compounding to extensive durable medical equipment services. We exist to offer comprehensive care to patients in our communities, and our patients are always our number one priority. We're currently looking to add a pharmacy technician to our retail team. The retail pharmacy is fast-paced, hectic, and not for the faint of heart. Pharmacy tech experience is preferred, but not required; certification is highly preferred. We're looking for someone who pays excellent attention to detail, is a pro at multi-tasking, and will care about our patients as much as we do. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Store hours are 9am-7pm EST Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm EST Saturday, and closed Sunday. Closing shifts and Saturdays will be a requirement on a rotating basis. The starting pay is $14 - $17 based on experience and certification status.

Duties:

Answer phones within 3 rings Process scripts, both new and refills Communicate with healthcare providers Filling prescriptions Contribute to accurate inventory management Assist patients in a variety of mental states while maintaining composure and compassion Benefits (for full-time employees): 401(k), with company match Health insurance, partially paid by company Dental, vision, and supplemental insurance PTO and paid holidays Profit sharing program
