Job Description

We are a fast-growing dermatology practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team works closely to deliver customized treatment plans and in-office prescriptions that enhance patient outcomes. We're looking for an experienced, motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team and support our in-house dispensing operations.
Position Summary:
The In-House Pharmacy Technician will work directly within our dermatology practice to prepare, label, and manage medications prescribed by our providers. This is an in-person role only —ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can quickly adapt to new systems and procedures. •Training would be in our Soddy Daisy Location, then transfer to Cleveland full time.
Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and label medications for dispensing under physician direction Maintain proper inventory levels, ordering supplies and medications as needed Ensure compliance with all pharmacy and medical regulations Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding prescription questions and pickup Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure efficient workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-house pharmacy area
Qualifications:
Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) and state licensure required Previous experience in a dermatology or specialty practice preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must be a fast learner who can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
